 EK 831 ,is an antimicrobial agent effective on four major undesirable pathogens (Salmonella, Coliform, E.coli, S.aureus) on foodstuffs. It has high bacterial performance in meat and meat products. EK 831 lowers the threshold value of pathogenic microorganisms in 48 hours and prevents their growth for a long time.  EK831 can not be used in the production of fermented sausages.

Its content is completely natural and consists of organic acids.
