PS 832 :Antimicrobial

PS 832 is an antifungal and antibacterial.

Yogurt, buttermilk, cheddar cheese, yogurt extract, cultivated white cheese, halva, jams, meat and meat products, beverages and juice , meat and meat products, spices, sauces, ham and eggs grilled chicken, chicken, ham, fish, etc.

Pure Natamaycin and Natamycin 50%  :Fungal Inhibitor

Applications: Bakery, beverages, culinary, dairy, fruits and vegetables, meat, poultry and seafood.

 

 Nisin:Gram-Positive Bacterial Inhibitor

Applications: Bakery, Culinary, Dairy,Juice, Fruit and vegetable, Meat,Egg, poultry and fish

 

Epolylysin:TPC Inhibitor

Applications: Rice/flour-based products, cereal products, drinks, condiments, fruits and vegetables, soy bean products, meat products, cream(some of the dairy products).

 

Transglutaminase: Enzyme

TG catalyzes the formation of ε- (γ- glutamine) lysine bonds (isopeptide bond) within or between milk protein molecules. Due to the cross-link within and between protein molecules, their functional properties are improved.

 

MKM 2000 :Fungal Inhibitor and pH Regulator

Yogurt, buttermilk, cheddar cheese, yogurt extract, cultivated white cheese, halva , jams, meat and meat products, beverages,pickled cucumber, olive, pickless and juices Can be safely used for all foods.
